Delivery & Postage

We offer free delivery when you spend £100 or more within much of Great Britain. At checkout you will be given a number of options and prices for carriage - starting from £4.50  Whips are an exception which carry a £10 delivery charge.  If you need overnight delivery we will need your order placed and paid by 2.30pm.

Provided the goods you have ordered are in stock we aim to dispatch them within two working days. Occasionally this may be longer if we require security authorisation from your payment provider or at particularly busy times.

 

If there is a delay in dispatching your order we will contact you, by email, as soon as reasonably practicable.

 

As the size and weight of our items varies significantly we may on occasions request additional shipping fees on international orders. This will be done with your consent and we will not take any further payments after the item has been sent. If, when you are contacted, you do not wish to pay the additional shipping cost then a full refund will be offered. This will only happen on rare occasions when orders are significantly heavy or large.
